We live in a digital age. The majority of orders that people make tend to be online and with that comes order acknowledgments and correspondence by email.

We would like to politely advise all of our customers to check their spam folders when expecting any confirmations or email correspondence from Simply Shutters. Sometimes emails will automatically default into the junk folder with the potential to be missed.

If you have not made an order with us or are simply unsure of any email you have received that you think may be from us, please feel free to call our office so we can clear any confusion up for you.
