DO NOT BE PUT Off Ordering from Northern Ireland as it went hassle free from ordering to arriving on my doorstep. I was looking for shutters to replace my wooden starting to rot, I could not find any and even kitchen shutters which worked in the past was a ridiculous prices. I seen simply shutters and thought they looked great with different designs and wood looks in all colours which was a bonus hassle free maintenance no more sanding and painting again as they are made of UPVC Polypropylene. I went and added to my basket and then came to paying which I hesitanted as it only allowed collection only, as I don\'t live on the mainland I thought another company which will not sent to Northern Ireland as the paperwork needed with EU bureaucracy that if they sent and paperwork wrong it be stuck at port and returned to supplier which is a cost to them so it\'s understandable why they do not offer postage. This is where this is where simply shutters showed why I think there head and shoulders above and other supplier I\'ve ever dealt with. Paul from simply shutters explained to me in detail why and how to still get my shutters via them by booking a collection via courier and used a recommended courier by Paul. Next stage was I paid for product, the payment was on hold until they made and had them ready for collection which few weeks later seen payment was taken and a email sent with all the details weight and dimensions for me then to fill in for courier, paperwork was so simple basic filling. I booked for the next day collection and it was 11am, I phoned up and got a lovely lady called Tracey and explained short notice on courier collecting and said thats no problems and a really nice chat and email updates were A***** Arrived 2 days later and I was really impressed as they are much better then what I expected and no regrets in ordering. I ordered composite shutters from Simply Shutters and was really happy with how easy everything was from the start. The ordering process and delivery went smoothly, and the shutters looked sturdy and well made. There were a few problems with the finish when they first arrived, which was disappointing, but the company couldn't have handled it better. They arranged collection straightaway, kept me updated, and were very open and honest about what had gone wrong. The shutters were properly sorted out and came back looking much better. The shutters will look great when fitted. Mistakes can happen, but it's how a company deals with them that matters, and Simply Shutters showed real integrity and care. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone thinking about getting shutters.

WOW I've not experienced customer service like this before. When they received my order they emailed back to confirm the size to make sure I knew how the shutters would fit. They kept me up to date with everything, even when the product needed for the shutters was delayed meaning I had to wait. I wanted ones you could paint as I wasn't sure of the colours. Without asking they send me samples so I could decide what to do, followed up by an email explaining it to me. I could now order with confidence. Even after I received the order they still checked if everything was ok. I can't wait to fit the shutters and add photos to this review. They are stunning and well manufactured.
