25 Years & Still Going Strong

At Simply Shutters, it’s time to celebrate because our little family run business has been building shutters for 25 years this year. That’s right, Simply Shutters has been open and running for 25 years. Just where has the time gone?

We are so grateful to all our customers who have supported us over these past years and recommended us to friends, neighbours, and family. It is because of you we have been able to continue making and selling high quality external, decorative shutters and selling premium quality interior louvre doors.

It is a long way we have come from the patio and garden shed of company directors Carol and Paul to our existing warehouse facilities in Brandon, Suffolk.

We believe that it is because we remain a small family run business that we are still small enough to care about what we do and the service we provide. We live by the maxim that we treat people as we wish to be treated ourselves, so providing the highest level of customer service is extremely important to us and will continue to be.

Some of our greatest achievements to date include the production and introduction of some of our best-selling products including our UPVC Polypropylene shutters, the prestige Town & Country shutter range, and our extremely high-quality interior louvre doors that are the best louvre doors on the market.

We are also extremely relieved to have come through some testing times over recent years.

As many people know 2020 and 2021 were the predominant years of the COVID pandemic. Like many other businesses during this time trading was hard and we struggled with issues such as having to put staff on furlough, stopping production of some of our ranges and supply line difficulties due to materials not being available or suppliers being temporarily closed.

But we are proud to have pulled through.

So, a big thank you to customers old and new, past, and future, for supporting us. We hope you love us as much as we love you.

Keep a look out for more news as we hope to add more stock sizes to our louvre door range later this year, as well as the introduction of some new projects to streamline the business as the year continues.
