Stunning handmade decorative window shutters constructed from responsibly sourced Scandinavian redwood joinery grade timber. Individually handcrafted in our UK workshops to your exact size requirements the Hadleigh is a tongue and groove style shutter sturdily built of 25mm thick vertical boards with two added horizontal cross battens. Town & Country Redwood shutters are supplied in their natural, unpainted finish ready for you to stain or paint. Screw fixings supplied.

Hadleigh Redwood Shutter
The Hadleigh is made in a tongue and groove style comprising of upright vertical boards with two horizontal cross battens.
 
Each board and batten has a bevelled edge for that added bit of detail.
 
Town & Country Redwood shutters are constructed from Scandinavian Redwood, a slow grown joinery grade pine.
 
These sturdily built shutters feature a one year guarantee on the body and are supplied in a natural/ unpainted finish to allow you to add a stain, paint or preservative of your choice.
 
As Town & Country Redwood shutters are not made from pre component parts they can be built without the vertical centre rib that all Polypropylene shutters over 450mm (18") have as standard as seen in the Extrawide Traditional Louvre range

Town & Country wooden shutters are all handmade to order. Both the width and height of the finished shutter can be customised to your specific requirements. If you require a feature or specific size that is not shown please give us a call.
 
Each individual shutter is available in any width up to 800mm (31.5") and any height up to 3000mm (118")(wider options available on special request).
 

A fully customised service is available for special requests.

All Town & Country shutters are hand built to order by our experienced carpenters using time honoured methods. Because of all the 'love & attention' that Town & Country shutters receive please allow 6 weeks for your order to be built, packaged and dispatched.

We are delighted with our wooden shutters. Paul Millar telephoned me after I had placed my online order to discuss whether I really needed the extra fitting kit which I had ordered. As it turned out I didn't and Paul saved me £30 or so. Paul also spent a long time talking to me about my exact requirements and how to paint them to preserve their look as long as possible. Thank you Paul, as I said we are delighted with the shutters, they look great.
