Simply Shutters is excited to announce that we have added a new addition to the office team by welcoming another fantastic new member of staff. Sam Foster joins us as a Customer Service Adviser. Sam’s employment demonstrates the continued growth and development of our small family run business.
Her responsibilities include dealing with incoming telephone calls and emails, creating quotations and orders for customers, updating our Omnia database on a daily basis, being the first point of contact for new and existing clients and also dealing with the aftercare service for our customers.
Sam joins us from a varied background which includes solid experience in face to face customer service in the retail and childcare sectors.
Sam says “I have never worked in an office environment previously so I was nervous to join the team at Simply Shutters, however I feel like I am settling in nicely and everyone has been so friendly. I’m really looking forward to excelling in my role as Customer Service Adviser and becoming a solid team member”.
