We are excited to welcome a new member to the Simply Shutters team. Karen Morley joins us in the newly created role of Sales Advisor and Administrator. As our business has grown so has the requirement for more staff so Karen’s appointment signifies a new period of growth for Simply Shutters.
Karen will be responsible for managing our customer sales enquiries, creating quotations and orders for customers and keeping our Omnia database up to date; whilst also being the first point of contact for many of our customers.
She joins the team from a telesales background and will be bringing much needed experience to the role.
Karen has said “I am thrilled to be joining the team at Simply Shutters and am looking forward to getting stuck into the role. I’m excited to get to know everyone and become a valuable member of the team here”.
Karen’s arrival at Simply Shutters not only means that we will enjoy tighter focus on our sales going forward but will also assist in helping us to improve our service to customers. Customer service and satisfaction is at the forefront of everything we do.
